If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, click on the "I Do Not Accept" button at the end of this page. Not accepting will deny you entry to the MSOE Gateway software.

1. Access

If you accept, we will:

1a ...permit Web Site access to you for the Resume you create using the MSOE Gateway tool after you "PUBLISH" your Resume by clicking the "Publish My Resume" link from the Main Resume Menu.

1b ...let you create your Resume with the tools provided in the MSOE software that is available at the time of creation, which may vary from time to time. If software is changed, every effort will be made to make the new software compatible with the old.

2. Reservation of Rights; Limitation of Use:

2a MSOE reserves the right to refuse access, and refuse acceptance of or to require removal of any information provided, be it visual, coding, data or wording, or other, if, in our sole opinion, it is or may be obscene, illegal, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, or is inconsistent with law or our policies at any time. However, we provide no content screening or editing service, and undertake no responsibility to review Resume or other information for this purpose or for any purpose, and have no responsibility or liability for failure to do so.

2b Access to this Site is limited strictly to bona fide Resume which conform with the terms and conditions described herein. You may not use or assist another, directly or indirectly, to use or access the MSOE Web Site or files, the Resume Generator or the MSOE system (including hardware and software) for any unauthorized purpose or action.

3. Your Covenants and Warranties:

To use the software for this Site, YOU:

3a Agree and warrant you will comply with and use MSOE's Resume Generator, MSOE's system (including hardware and software) and Web Site only in accordance with the terms and conditions as described herein.

3b Accept full and sole responsibility and liability for or relating to your (i) access to and use of the MSOE Web Site or Resume Generator, or MSOE system (including hardware and software) (ii) your Resume and (iii) any and all information and content you post, disseminate, publish or run by means of, on or through MSOE's system (including hardware and software), Resume Generator or MSOE Web Site or connected file(s) or site(s).

3c Agree and warrant not to post, publish or disseminate any obscene, illegal, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate information or data or coding, or information inconsistent with our policies. You agree and warrant that you will, in accessing and in using MSOE's Web Site, MSOE's system (including hardware and software) and Resume Generator, not to violate any applicable laws. You also agree and warrant the information and content of or in your resume is true, accurate and complete, and is not deceptive, misleading or fraudulent.

3d Agree and warrant that your use of the Resume Generator or the MSOE Web Site or system (including hardware and software) will be solely for the purpose of listing a proper and current (at time of posting) open employment position and your Resume will not use or infringe in any way the intellectual property of any one else.

3e Agree and warrant you will indemnify, defend, and hold MSOE harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, expenses, penalties, assessments, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your (i) access to or use of MSOE’s Web Site, Resume Generator or MSOE system (including hardware and software) (ii) failure to comply fully with all the terms and conditions above or (iii) breach or default of or with respect to any of your covenants and warranties described above.
